Grievance channel

If you are a deployed worker and your contract, wages or accommodation do not match what you signed, write to us. Cases are logged, assigned to a named officer and closed in writing. Use the form with "Raising a grievance" selected, or call the office directly.

We never charge workers. If anyone asks you for a registration, visa or processing fee in our name, do not pay — report it to us with their number and we will act on it.
